14 Jan Port of Seattle cancels third cruise ship terminal plan

Good news! Port of Seattle says they are no longer planning to build a 3rd cruise ship terminal in Seattle. Thanks to everyone who showed up at Port Commission meetings, planned rallies, did research, wrote letters, wore dolphin costumes, designed banners, etc. There is more work to be done before we can realize a #CruiseFreeSalishSea, with a just transition for workers and industries dependent upon the cruise ship industry.
